We’re excited to launch our FY26 Professional Development series with a reprise of a standout session from WE Local Prague, led by the inspiring Kelly Kloster Hon (she/her)!
Leadership is a journey, and it can be steep, often challenging, but always worth the climb. In this session, Kelly will share how embracing servant leadership, setting bold goals, and building authentic connections can help you reach your summit, even when the path isn’t clear.

About the Speaker:
Kelly is a mechanical engineer (B.S./M.S. Georgia Tech) and a passionate STEMinist driving innovation at BD, where she leads global value-added engineering initiatives. She’s also a Society of Women Engineers Senator, Athena STEM Women Board Director, and member of Georgia Tech’s Woodruff Young Alumni Council.
