This presentation is great for a new leader or to breathe new life into an already performing team.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
- Recognize methods to use to identify top and low performers.
- Identify techniques to adjust your leadership style to any team member - intern, junior, mid or senior level.
- Recognize how to build trust and communication which will help in training and retaining staff.
